Membership

The fees are for regular members. Registration is required before joining the dojo. Please complete the Registration Form below before coming in for your first class.

Training Fees

The fees are subject to change.

The training fees are non-refundable.

In addition to membership fees, there is an annual Canada JKA Karate Federation (CJKF), which is due by January 1st each year. The CJKF fees are as follows: Black belts $30, Brown belts and below $20.

Drop-In Fees

Drop-In fees are 20$ per class and are submitted before attending the class.

If this is your first time at the dojo, you have to fill in the Registration Form below before you can join the class.

Monthly Membership

Monthly fees are paid at the beginning of the month before the first class. Monthly membership fees can be paid by cash, cheques or Interac e-transfer to ottawajka.inc@gmail.com.

Yearly Membership

Yearly membership fees for the following year have to be submitted in full by January 1st of each year. Yearly membership fees can be paid by cash, Interac e-transfer or cheques.

I, the undersigned, fully understand and acknowledge, the risks involved in participating in karate, including the possibility of injury. I hereby release the OTTAWA J.K.A. INC. its owners, instructors, assistant instructors, volunteers, and any affiliated parties from any liability, responsibility, or claim for injury, loss, or damage incurred in participation in any classes, events, or activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the dojo.
